He has experience in appeals, GST, HST, Provincial Sales Tax, Quebec Sales Tax, Insurance Premium Tax, Commodity Tax compliance and planning, and various Stewardship Levies. He regularly works with both private and public sector clients. Bill is a speaker on various commodity tax planning issues, including presentations on Harmonized Sales Tax planning for private sector and public sector bodies including hospitals, colleges and universities and non-profit organizations.
